Entry into Highway Operations
Haroon Scharifi began his career in the daily operations of service-oriented locations. This provided an early understanding of processes, personnel management, and economic responsibility.
Step into Self-Employment
With the step into self-employment, Haroon Scharifi took on entrepreneurial responsibility. Organization, personnel, and results were henceforth managed independently.
First Businesses Outside Tank & Rast
Haroon Scharifi expanded activities beyond the traditional Tank & Rast environment for the first time. This strategically broadened the operational foundation of the current group.
Acquisition of “Dammer Berge”
With “Dammer Berge Ost / West,” an operation of significant size and visibility was acquired. This step marked a formative turning point in the company’s development.
International Activities
With international activities in Turkey and the company Strato, the entrepreneurial scope was expanded beyond the German market.
